What To Expect During Your First Dental Visit

During your first visit, we take the time to thoroughly evaluate any immediate dental concerns, review your medical and dental history, and develop a personalized treatment plan to support your oral health. This appointment also includes a comprehensive exam and a discussion of your treatment options. At Still Waters Dentistry , we prioritize your questions and concerns, ensuring you have all the information needed to make confident, informed decisions about your dental care.

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

To ensure a smooth and efficient first appointment, please bring the following items:

Completed new patient forms.
Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
A valid form of ID.
A list of medications you are currently taking.
A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
